At Skeletalrefineiu we strive for your complete satisfaction with our repair services for bags, backpacks and fabric covers. This returns policy explains how we handle situations where you are not satisfied with the repair carried out.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the repair, please contact us within 7 days of collection. We will:
- Reperform the repair free of charge if necessary
- Propose an alternative solution
- Consider a refund in exceptional cases
Warranty On Repairs
All repairs come with a 6-month warranty on the work carried out. This warranty covers:
- Defects in craftsmanship
- Problems with materials we have applied
- Zippers that do not function properly after repair
- Loose seams that tear again in the same place
What Is Not Covered By The Warranty
The warranty does not apply to:
- Normal wear and tear from daily use
- Damage from misuse or accidents
- Repairs carried out by third parties after our service
- Damage to parts that were not repaired by us
- Colour differences due to natural ageing of materials
Warranty Claim Procedure
To make use of the warranty:
- Contact us within the warranty period
- Describe the problem and provide photos if possible
- Bring the item to our workshop for inspection
- We will assess whether the problem falls under the warranty
- If approved, we will carry out the repair work free of charge
Cancellation Before Start
You may cancel a repair order free of charge before we have started the work. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
Cancellation After Start
If we have already started the repair, the following costs may be charged:
- Costs for work already carried out
- Costs for materials ordered specifically for your order
- Administrative costs
Uncollected Items
Repaired items must be collected within 30 days of completion. After this period:
- Storage costs may be charged
- After 3 months we may sell or dispose of the item
- We will inform you in advance on several occasions
Refunds
Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases where:
- The repair cannot be carried out to your satisfaction
- We are unable to resolve the problem
- There has been a serious error on our part
Refunds are processed within 14 days via the original payment method.
Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint about our service:
- Contact us within 7 days
- Describe your complaint in as much detail as possible
- We will respond within 3 working days with an initial response
- We aim to reach a solution within 14 days
- If necessary we will schedule a personal meeting
Exceptions
This returns policy does not apply to:
- Items that have been assessed as non-repairable and refused
- Free inspections and advice sessions
- Rush orders with modified terms
