Skeletalrefineiu offers professional repair services for:
All quotes are free of obligation and valid for 30 days. The final price is determined after inspection of the item. Should the repair cost more than the quote, we will contact you in advance for approval.
We aim to complete all repairs within the agreed timeframe. The standard turnaround time is 5 to 7 working days. Rush orders are possible for an additional fee. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to you as soon as possible.
Payment is due upon collection of the repaired item. We accept cash, card payments and bank transfers. Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date.
We offer a 6-month warranty on all repairs carried out. This warranty covers defects in craftsmanship and materials applied by us. The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or damage from misuse.

Items not collected within 3 months of completion of the repair may be sold or disposed of by us. We will inform you of this in advance.
You may cancel a repair order before we have started the work. After work has begun, cancellation charges may apply for work already carried out and materials ordered.
Complaints about the repair carried out must be reported in writing within 7 days of collection. We will take your complaint seriously and respond within 14 days with a solution.
Dutch law applies to all agreements between Skeletalrefineiu and the customer. Disputes are preferably resolved by mutual agreement. If this is not possible, you may use the European platform for online dispute resolution (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). The competent courts in Amsterdam have jurisdiction over disputes.
Skeletalrefineiu reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Changes will be published on our website and apply to all orders placed after the publication date. We will inform customers of significant changes.
